We stayed at my friend’s relative house where only couple, senior citizens were staying. They were very patient, calm and loving. One day as we spent some time at home, aunty offered us vegetable served piping hot, they were made really perfect, I liked the food a lot and request her to tell and teach me a few of the vegetarian dishes. She agreed and taught me a few dishes. Here I have pen down a few easy to make but really delicious recipes, which I learnt from her.

Burmese use a lot of rice, coconut, vegetables and sesame.
